Taylor's Bio
Taylor Levins joined Cornerstone in December 2023 and serves as the firm's human resources manager. In this role, Taylor co-handles the day-to-day operational aspects of the firm as they relate to human resources with the senior manager of human resources.Taylor comes to the firm after serving as a human resources specialist at the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General. In this role she developed vacancy announcements and wrote legally compliant job analyses and announcements based on the competencies required for vacant executive positions. She also created crediting plans and interview agendas, as well as numerical benchmarks, to examine the qualification of candidates. Taylor designed and executed the implementation and communication plan for the roll-out of an agency wide automated performance management software process as well as onboarding tools for senior executives transitions to new roles.
Prior to her time at the DOJ, Taylor served as a health policy intern at Horizon Professional Service, where she tracked legislative research such as following policies/bills and assisted with various planning tasks for conferences, workshops and community health events to include drafting letters and emails as well as tracking attendees through the database.
Taylor holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s in health policy and administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
