Peter's Bio
Peter O’Neill joined Cornerstone as a Senior Associate in our New Hampshire office in October 2025. In this role he provides administrative and support duties, supports legislative fundraising, schedules meetings and organizes events and legislative receptions.Prior to Cornerstone, Peter served as Communications Director for the New Hampshire Senate, where he shaped the chamber’s media and public messaging strategy. He directed the annual press conference, led crisis communications and strengthened transparency with the press and public.
Previously, Peter served as a Legislative Aide in the New Hampshire Senate, where he supported Senators by drafting bills and amendments, scheduling committee meetings, handling constituent inquiries and coordinating day-to-day session logistics. He also held the role of Communication and Development Manager at the Yankee Institute. In addition, Peter has served as a Regional Field Director for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee on a presidential campaign, a Campaign Field Director in Connecticut, and a staffer on several state-level races.
Peter, along with his wife, moved to New Hampshire in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Central Connecticut State University.
