Noah's Bio

Noah Maxwell joined Cornerstone in April 2026, and currently serves as an Associate. In this role, he supports clients in a variety of issue areas.

Noah previously served as a Cornerstone Policy Intern, where he drafted memos on congressional hearings identifying key policy trends and their implications for clients. He also contributed to the firm’s weekly energy newsletter by summarizing relevant legislation, hearings and news for both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, Noah supported the health team through policy research, fly-in preparation and other projects.

Prior to Cornerstone, Noah was a Litigation Paralegal with Wilkinson Stekloff LLP. In this role, he conducted legal research and provided project management support across a number of trial matters, with a focus on antitrust and pro bono housing cases.

Noah received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
