Molli's Bio
Molli Cole joined Cornerstone as an Associate in our Annapolis office in December 2025. In this role, she assists the firm’s government relations team with executing strategic client initiatives and cultivating strong relationships throughout the state.Prior to Cornerstone Molli served as a Program Coordinator at the Rural Maryland Council, an independent unit of Maryland State Government. In this role, Molli researched public policy affecting rural communities, and drafted position statements and legislative analyses. Additionally, Molli managed logistics and financial tracking for meetings and conferences, as well as member engagement, outreach and recruitment initiatives.
Molli previously served as a Public Information Officer for the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she developed and executed public relations strategies to communicate updates on high-profile legal matters. Earlier in her career, Molli was a Legislative Aide to the Minority Whip in the Maryland House of Delegates.
Molli earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington College, where she was a member of the NCAA Division III Women’s Rowing Team.
