Mark previously interned for Cornerstone’s federal government relations team and public affairs team. During these internships, Mark worked on briefings, news outlet contacts and policy analysis in the health, trade and defense sectors. He also worked on weekly briefings for international defense clients and domestic education policy.

Mark earned Magna Cum Laude honors from Furman University. He was bestowed the honor of receiving the Alfred S. Reid Memorial Award which is given to those who show outstanding leadership and community service. In addition, he received the Furman’s Political Science Chair Award and was a Bell Tower scholarship recipient.
