Malcolm's Bio

Malcolm Sutherland-Foggio joined Cornerstone as an Associate in September 2025. In this role, he supports federal government relations clients focused on healthcare.

Malcolm previously served as a Cornerstone Appropriations Intern during the Spring of 2024. During his time at the firm, he submitted appropriations forms on behalf of clients and managed the tracking of appropriations requests. He also provided research and wrote memos on Congressional hearings and legislative developments.

Most recently, Malcolm was a Consultant for Trust for America’s Health, where he developed data-collection standards for a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services program dashboard. He previously served as a Student Trainee – Management Analyst at the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Research Intern at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group and Clinical Research Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In addition, he is the founder of Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to pediatric cancer research and advocacy.

Malcolm received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from the University of Rochester and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from George Washington University.
