Maddy's Bio

Maddy Hague serves as a Senior Associate in Cornerstone’s Oklahoma City office, assisting the firm’s government relations team with executing strategic client initiatives and helping them cultivate strong relationships throughout the state. Maddy came to Cornerstone following her time as a Press Secretary at the Oklahoma House of Representatives. In this role, she managed communications for the House of Republican members, crafted press releases, talking points and columns, and maintained media relationships. She also held a similar role at the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, developing key media relationships and managing digital content across platforms. Earlier in her career, Maddy was a Communications Specialist for the School of Global Studies & Partnerships, where she created social media content, interviewed students and shared compelling stories on global outreach efforts. She also gained valuable experience as a Communications Intern with the American Red Cross, where she pitched media ideas, wrote press releases and contributed to blog posts for Red Cross Oklahoma. Additionally, she served as a Public Relations and Social Media Intern at OSU Health Services, where she crafted social media campaigns, wrote news releases and contributed to departmental blog content. Maddy holds a Master of Science in Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with a minor in marketing from Oklahoma State University.
