Lilly previously served as a Staff Assistant to Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK). In this role, Lilly coordinated and facilitated meetings and oversaw the execution of various office activities. She also managed the office’s room reservation system for Capitol events, orchestrated constituent tours, and assisted in overseeing and mentoring interns. 

Prior to her time in Senator Mullin’s office, Lilly spent a year as a Professional Golfer, competing on the EPSON Tour, the developmental tour of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). While balancing a busy travel schedule, Lilly managed to successfully negotiate sponsorship deals that provided full financial support for her golf career and increased brand exposure not only for herself, but her sponsors. Additionally, Lilly served as a Fundraising Golfer for BackSwing Golf, where she participated in numerous events that raised over $30,000 and increased awareness for BackSwing Golf and other related charity organizations. 

Lilly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa, where she was a D1 Collegiate Golfer.
