Prior to Cornerstone, Lauren served as an Operations Manager at Indigov. In this role, she helped lead the company’s strategic planning efforts, collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s product roadmap and operational policies. Lauren was also responsible for facilitating effective communication channels within the organization, which included an internal newsletter and ensuring all teams received regular updates on the company’s goals and objectives. In addition, she planned and coordinated all logistics surrounding Indigov’s annual company-wide gathering in D.C.

Before her time at Indigov, Lauren served as an Operations Manager and Field Representative for the Office of Representative Melanie Stansbury (D-NM). In this role, she managed Rep. Stansbury’s schedule in the district and coordinated with district and Washington staff to ensure that office operations supported the office’s legislative goals. Additionally, she managed the office’s budget in the district by ensuring resources were allocated efficiently and all finances were reported accurately.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of New Mexico, and she is completing her master’s in computer science, also from the University of New Mexico.
