Prior to Cornerstone, Lauren served as an Associate Attorney at Mullins Law Group, where she represented clients in a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters for Class I and short line railroads in proceedings before the Surface Transportation Board. She also prepared legal memoranda, petitions, motions and responses for clients on a wide range of policy and regulatory compliance proceedings, including contractual disputes, environmental compliance and multimillion-dollar transactional deals.

Before joining Mullins Law Group, Lauren served as an Associate Attorney at Baker and Miller. In this role, she prepared petitions, motions and responses for clients outlining real estate methods, financial analyses, environmental impacts, legal arguments, and goals for international and domestic mergers and acquisitions. She also analyzed and summarized hearings on Capitol Hill and met with Senate staffers to discuss NAFTA and the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Additionally, Lauren served as a Law Clerk and Paralegal and Case Research Intern during her time at Baker and Miller.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University with a double major in International Politics and Journalism. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
