Kate previously served as an Operations intern, where she provided support to our client service operations, PAC, finance and marketing teams on various projects. In addition, Kate has assisted the office operations team with event and fundraiser coordination and coverage. 

Prior to Cornerstone, Kate worked as an intern for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) program at the U.S. State Department. In this role, she served as the main point of contact for program participants and partners, producing digital communications, conducting research, and coordinating event logistics for webinars and advocacy programming across a global network of over 600,000 members. Kate also served as an intern with Fundación Paraguaya in Asunción, Paraguay, where she to disseminate poverty elimination frameworks to 85+ international partner organizations.  

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Development with a minor in Sociology from Tulane University.
