Grant joins the team following his time at TowneBank, where he held two internships. Most recently he served as a member service representative intern. In this role, he reviewed customer records and overrode potential unlawful actions while preventing money laundering and identifying fraud as well as elder abuse and other ethical crimes. He interacted and problem-solved with a commitment to excellent service and care for members in retail and commercial banking solutions.

Prior to that, he also served as a deposit services representative intern where he generated daily reports dealing with non-posted transactions and fraud detection with the Deposit Services team. In addition, he piloted various personal banking projects while engaging and learning bank logistics in back-office operations.

Grant graduated with his bachelor’s degree in international & global studies from Sewanee: The University of the South.
