Dan's Bio
Dan King joined Cornerstone in January 2026 and is based in our Washington, D.C. office. He serves as an Associate supporting clients in a variety of issue areas.Prior to Cornerstone, Dan served as an Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services, where he supported long-term client engagements with state and federal agencies implementing major policy and organizational overhauls. He also co-led quality control and grants management teams, and conducted financial and organizational analyses for client reports.
Dan was previously a Policy Intern with The Niskanen Center, where he researched and wrote commentary on immigration issues and led long-term research projects on E-2 visa policy and 2022 senatorial campaigns. Dan also served as a congressional intern in the office of U.S. Congressman Lloyd Doggett (D-TX).
Dan received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and French from Duke University.
