Colleen's Bio

Colleen Gilday joined Cornerstone in June 2024 to support the firm’s Operations team, and currently serves as a Finance Coordinator. In this role, she assists the firm's State Government Affairs, Public Affairs and Business Advisory Services practice groups with financial matters. 

Her responsibilities also include invoicing, accounts receivable matters and expense management. Additionally, Colleen assists in managing the association clients financial matters and day-to-day bookkeeping. She previously served as the firm’s Operations Coordinator, where she provided financial management for association clients, client service operations document tracking and overall event coverage support in the D.C. office.

Prior to Cornerstone, Colleen served as a Research Associate at Cresa, a commercial real estate firm. In this role, she was responsible for providing research support and market information. Before her time at Cresa, Colleen served as an Accounting Intern with Pinehurst Design Build. In this role, she managed detailed accounting records to maintain accurate accounts and timely payments.

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
