Colleen's Bio

Colleen Gilday joined Cornerstone in June 2024 to support the firm’s Operations team and serves as the firm’s operations coordinator. Her responsibilities include financial management for association clients, client service operations document tracking and upkeep, and overall event coverage support in the D.C. office.

Prior to Cornerstone, Colleen served as an Associate for Analytics & Strategy at Cresa Global Inc. In this role, she was responsible for providing research support and market information, preparing marketing materials, and creating comparative analyses. She collaborated with commercial real estate brokers to provide information and trends across the D.C. real estate market.

Before her time at Cresa, Colleen served as an Accounting Intern with Pinehurst Design Build. In this role, she managed detailed accounting records to maintain accurate accounts and timely payments. In addition, she coordinated with project managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to keep budgets on track.

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
