She comes to Cornerstone from ICF International, a global advisory and digital services consulting provider. During her time at ICF, she held two positions – corporate marketing intern and diversity & inclusion intern. In her role as a corporate marketing intern, Ayana assisted the team with various marketing activities, including website development, drafting and proofreading marketing copy for social media and internal and external communications, and executing on ICF webinars. Ayana transitioned to the role of a diversity & inclusion intern where she continued to perform similar responsibilities to her prior internship, in addition to, planning and coordinating presentations and designing promotional flyers for affinity months.

Ayana received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in communication with a social influence concentration and a minor in business analytics and professional writing.
