Amanda's Bio

Amanda Kronenberger joined Cornerstone in June of 2023 as an associate for our federal government relations team. She supports client teams in a variety of issue areas including technology, corporate issues and appropriations.

Amanda previously served as an appropriations intern at the firm in spring 2023, where she was responsible for monitoring individual appropriation deadlines of House and Senate Members, collaborating with associates and principals to submit hundreds of requests for multiple clients. She also prepared memos and a monthly newsletter on issues including defense, agriculture, energy, housing, transportation and infrastructure policy that were shared with staff and clients.

Prior to her internship with Cornerstone, Amanda was an intern at the U.S. House of Appropriations Committee, specifically the Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development. In this role, she compiled reports and wrote memos for the Clerk on amendments submitted to H.R. 8294, the 2023 House Consolidated Appropriations Act, a federal gas tax holiday and freight rail labor disputes.
