Amanda's Bio
Amanda Kronenberger rejoined the Cornerstone team in 2025 following her time as a Staff Assistant for the full Senate Appropriations Committee as well as the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) Subcommittee.In Amanda’s role on the Senate Appropriations Committee, she managed subcommittee and full committee hearings and markups and supported staff in the drafting of annual legislation across the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Transportation (DOT), and various independent agencies.
Prior to her time with the Senate Appropriations Committee, Amanda served as an Associate at Cornerstone, where she managed a portfolio of issues including local government, higher education, economic and infrastructure development, technology, and foreign affairs. She also helped oversee our Weekly Appropriations Newsletter and our Weekly Semiconductor Newsletter. Prior to becoming an Associate at Cornerstone, Amanda was also a part of our Spring 2023 Intern Cohort, serving as an Appropriations Intern.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mississippi State University.
