Prior to Cornerstone, Erin was Managing Partner at Piper Hill Consulting. In this role she worked with clients at both the state and national level, with an emphasis on relationship building, communication and helping organizations engage effectively in the policy process.

She previously worked for the Utah Republican Party, where she supported fundraising and event planning around the state’s Republican Convention. Erin is a sought-after Consultant, having worked with several local and national youth tobacco prevention alliances and as well as with DaVinci Group on policy advocacy projects involving the Republican Governors Association.

Earlier in her career, Erin spent over a decade working on projects with organizations including Columbia TriStar, Costco and PBS. In these roles, she oversaw organizational priorities, developed and maintained key relationships, worked to understand the interests of the people on each side of the table and moved projects toward successful outcomes.

Erin previously served as Executive Director of The Signing Time Foundation, a nonprofit organization working to connect deaf children in Ghana with access to sign language.

Erin holds a BA from Brigham Young University.
