Tarek's Bio

Tarek El Mehri joined Cornerstone in July of 2023 to support our IT team. As Cornerstone’s IT support technician, Tarek supports our IT team by serving as the main point in contact for all in-person and virtual help desk related matters across all offices.

Tarek comes to Cornerstone after serving as a cybersecurity apprentice and business services intern at Telophase Corp. In this role, he assisted with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for specific applications, services networks and servers. He also reviewed and updated documentation for IT policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

Prior to this role, Tarek was an IT intern for the Bretton Woods Committee where he led a project focused on centralizing and consolidating members data and business processes in a single automated customer relationship management platform, in addition to leveraging member data to draw analytics and improve current member approach strategy.

Tarek received a master’s degree in information systems management and a graduate certificate in cloud applications and IT from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business from Marymount University.
