Prior to Cornerstone, Shelby served as Manager of Communications at Global Payments. In this role, Shelby led a team of communications specialists responsible for executing communication programs across customer, partner and sales audiences. In addition, she developed communication strategies and content plans supporting product launches, executive communications and business priorities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Shelby previously spent over four years with Heartland, where she developed and executed communication plans for employees, clients, partners and prospects, managed product and customer communications and partnered with executive leadership to support corporate messaging and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, Shelby held marketing roles with 7-Eleven Stores and Varsity Spirit.

Shelby earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Enterprise Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
