Ryan's Bio
Ryan Gottshall joined Cornerstone in June 2023 to support the firm’s financial operations and assist the finance team in management of day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. As finance coordinator, Ryan focuses on client invoicing and Abacus expense management.Ryan previously interned for iHeartMedia where he served as a digital marketing intern. In this role, he created presentations representing trends and helped senior management understand the direction of social media. He also synthesized research findings and elaborated upon possible strategies to generate revenue as companies began to make advertising spending cuts.
In January 2022, Ryan served an institutional equity sales and trading intern at B.Riley Securities where he worked directly with the head of equity sales as well as senior sales representatives assisting them in cultivating and managing relationships with institutional clients. He also attended the inaugural B. Riley University training program and gained insight into the different components of an Investment Bank and how each position operates.
Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
