Molly's Bio

Molly joined Cornerstone in 2019 and has become a key driver of the firm’s federal business development strategy. As Director of Marketing, she oversees the business development pipeline – leading market research, opportunity tracking, proposal development and strategic planning to support the firm’s long-term growth. She works closely with leadership and client service professionals to identify emerging federal priorities, strengthen positioning and advance coordinated outreach across the firm.

Before joining Cornerstone, Molly served as an Associate at Cogent Strategies, where she strengthened business development initiatives and executed communications strategies for a range of public relations clients.

Earlier in her career, she spent nearly three years on the communications team at the Entertainment Software Association, contributing to the planning and execution of E3, the video game industry’s premier consumer and trade event.

A Washington, D.C. native, Molly earned a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications with a minor in Spanish from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she graduated summa cum laude.
