Prior to Cornerstone, Mason served as a Summer Intern for U.S. Senator John Cornyn’s Central Texas regional office, where he supported constituent services, conducted research on legislative and policy issues impacting the region and drafted correspondence and briefing materials to assist staff in responding to constituent inquiries.

He previously interned with the Office of the Texas Speaker of the House, where he assisted with constituent services and administrative operations. In addition, Mason interned with Longbow Partners, where he supported legislative research, monitored developments at the Texas Capitol and assisted with advocacy efforts and stakeholder engagement.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with minors in Communications and Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University.
