Prior to Cornerstone, Lauren served as an Operations Manager at Indigov, a leader in constituent relationship management technology, where she helped lead strategic planning efforts, collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s roadmap and operational policies. Lauren was also responsible for facilitating effective communication channels within the organization, which included an internal newsletter and ensuring all teams received regular updates on the company’s goals and objectives. In addition, she planned and coordinated all logistics surrounding Indigov’s annual company-wide gathering in D.C.

Lauren also served as staff to elected officials, including as Operations Manager and Field Representative for the Office of Representative Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) and special assistant to the City of Albuquerque Mayor’s office. Her experience included managing elected officials’ schedules and coordinating with staff in various office locations to ensure operations supported legislative goals. Additionally, she managed the office’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate financial reporting.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of New Mexico, and she is completing her master’s in computer science, also from the University of New Mexico.
