Prior to Cornerstone Josh served in the office of Rep. Don Davis (D-NC) as a Legislative Correspondent. In that role, he managed constituent communications across a wide range of policy issues, drafted correspondence on behalf of the Congressman and supported stakeholder engagement on matters such as health care, education and housing. He also developed weekly legislative previews for the office, outlining House floor activity and upcoming votes to help keep the legislative team informed of policy developments.

Josh previously served as a Campaign Intern to former Rep. Jeff Jackson’s (D-NC) U.S. Senate and House campaigns, where he helped organize town halls, coordinate outreach and support event logistics across North Carolina.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History from Davidson College.
