Jordan previously served in Frederick County Government as a Government Relations Assistant for the County Executive. In that role, she prepared legislative briefings, staff reports and memos; supported the management of relationships with officials; developed advocacy materials; and evaluated policy implications of proposed legislation.

Prior to her time with Frederick County Government, Jordan was a Legislative Aide Intern at Compass Advocacy in Annapolis. She also served as a Legislative Intern in the Maryland General Assembly, working for Delegate Marc Korman, Chair of the Environment and Transportation Committee.

Jordan was a 2x Captain and 2x All-American of the NCAA Division III Women’s Rowing Team at Washington College, where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Sociology.
