Grace's Bio
Grace Wilkins joined Cornerstone in July 2024 to support the firm’s marketing team, initially focusing on the firm’s state government relations marketing and business development activities. She now also supports the Business Advisory Services unit, partnering closely with client service professionals across both practices to oversee the business development pipeline.Grace leads the coordination of internal and external meetings, drafts proposals and presentations and manages firm capabilities materials to support client engagement and growth. Her work ensures that marketing efforts are aligned with client needs and business priorities across a diverse portfolio of services.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Grace held dual internships in policy and communications. At the Institute of Government and Public Affairs, she served as a Policy & Communications Intern, conducting research on policy issues and award candidates and presenting findings to senior leadership and scholars. She also managed press releases and website content to support the institute’s public-facing communications. Simultaneously, Grace worked as a Marketing & Communications Intern at Builden Partners, where she drafted press releases, biographies, award applications and social media content for clients. Her contributions to market research and internal projects supported the firm’s business development and client growth strategies.
Earlier in her career, Grace served as a Legislative & Press Intern in the Office of U.S. Senator Richard J. Durbin (D-IL). There, she supported constituent services, attended briefings and hearings and assisted with daily press operations including media monitoring, press list development and drafting communications.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications with a concentration in law and power from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
