Prior to Cornerstone, Dylan served as a Defense Policy Analyst with Strategic Marketing Innovations, Inc. where he conducted in-depth analyses of Department of Defense funding documents, federal appropriations developments and international security issues. He collaborated with government agencies, congressional offices and key stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, advocated for client interests and produced policy briefings and white papers on complex topics for diverse audiences.

Previously, Dylan gained experience as a National Security Intern at Signal Group, where he tracked legislative actions by Congress, researched critical developments in international conflicts like the war in Ukraine, and built relationships with clients in the national security, cybersecurity, and semiconductor sectors. Dylan also worked as a Strategy Intern with Direct Persuasion, supporting digital political strategy and marketing efforts for Senatorial and Representative campaigns, American Express and AT&T.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University with a double major in Political Science and Chinese Language and Literature, with a minor in History.
