Caroline joined Cornerstone following her time as an Account Management Associate at Seramount (EAB), where she supported partner engagement and retention through targeted outreach campaigns, marketing materials and event coordination. In this role, she managed Salesforce data, developed executive presentations, coordinated partner learning sessions and events and analyzed engagement trends to inform marketing and outreach strategies.

Prior to this, Caroline served as a Partner Development Associate at EAB Global, where she managed communications and outreach across more than 40 partner accounts, supported client retention efforts and maintained Salesforce reporting. She also gained experience in product marketing at EAB Global, conducting competitive market research, executing digital marketing campaigns and developing branded content to support event promotion and audience engagement. Earlier in her career, Caroline served as Social Media and Multi-Unit Manager at 3BB Cafe & Three Blonde Bakers.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Delaware.
