Cameron's Bio
Cameron Jenkins joined Cornerstone in August 2026, and currently serves as a Vice President on the firm’s Public Affairs team. Cameron has extensive experience in public affairs, strategic communications, advocacy and government relations.Cameron previously served as a Vice President at The Herald Group, where she developed and managed multifaceted advocacy campaigns for clients across the healthcare, transportation, legal reform, technology and other industries. In this role, she led a portfolio of client accounts, provided senior-level strategic direction, managed client relationships and teams and developed advocacy strategies utilizing grassroots and grasstops engagement, thought leadership, advertising, third-party partnerships and media relations.
Prior to The Herald Group, Cameron gained legislative experience on Capitol Hill, serving as a Legislative Correspondent for Congressman William Timmons (R-SC). In this role, her policy portfolio included healthcare, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, judiciary, environment and other key issues. She previously worked with the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and interned in the office of Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
Cameron earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Business from Wofford College.
