Patrick's Bio
Patrick Kelly serves as a senior associate on our federal government relations and public affairs teams, supporting clients in the health care, immigration, tax, higher education, energy, agriculture, tribal and entertainment spaces. He provides issue monitoring, facilitates legislative advocacy and outreach, conducts policy research and analysis, leads social media and digital strategy, assists with the firm’s Democratic political efforts, and produces a wide variety of materials ranging from memos to communications plans, to blog posts.Prior to Cornerstone, Patrick completed a Democratic Cloakroom Internship for the Office of Speaker Nancy Pelosi. During his time on the House floor, he was able to witness the legislative process in its entirety, from the submission of bills and cosponsor forms to the series in which they were voted on. Additionally, he served as a communication point between House Democratic offices and the House floor by answering phone calls regarding the schedule, vote series and floor speeches.
Patrick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a supplemental major in Latino studies.
