June's Bio
June Zhu joined Cornerstone’s Washington, D.C. office in June 2019 to primarily support the firm’s education and health clients. Today, as a senior associate, she provides issue monitoring, conducts policy research and analysis, develops client policy strategy, and facilitates legislative advocacy and outreach. She represents a diverse group of clients including health care systems, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and public and private universities.Prior to her current position, June served as an associate in Cornerstone’s Annapolis, Maryland office where she provided similar support on state-level government relations. Before joining the firm, June completed an internship with the Partnership for Public Service, a D.C.-based nonprofit, nonpartisan organization striving for a more effective government. In this role she provided support for leadership training programs targeting federal government employees.
June graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with a B.A. in Global Studies and a concentration in International Politics. Additionally, she completed a second major in Hispanic literatures and cultures and a minor in creative writing.
