Dylan's Bio

Dylan Mooers joined Cornerstone in 2018 and currently serves as an assistant vice president, facilitating legislative advocacy campaigns, performing policy research and analysis, and providing strategic guidance to a diverse group of clients with interests including the national security, transportation and infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Before joining Cornerstone, Dylan worked for Navy Installations Command, where he helped manage the navy’s public-private venture housing programs. Dylan is a two-time graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received his bachelor’s degree in government & politics in 2016. As an undergraduate, Dylan completed internships with Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ) and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. He completed his Master of Public Policy in 2019, where he developed expertise in federal budgeting, P3’s, procurement, and contracting issues, and completed a capstone project with the Maryland Association of Counties.

Dylan is a native of South Jersey and lives with his wife, Nicole, in Hyattsville MD.
