Jeff Hamling comes to Cornerstone with a wealth of experience in the Georgia State government, and strong relationships in both Atlanta and Washington, DC. Jeff comes to the firm after two years as a lobbyist in Denton’s Atlanta office. Prior to Denton’s, Jeff worked at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce as vice president for state and federal affairs. He joined the Chamber after serving Congressman Tom Price for five and a half years. For two years, Jeff acted as then-Congressman Price’s deputy chief of staff overseeing five staffers in the Atlanta office and various aspects within the Washington, D.C. legislative staff.

Sally Kilpatrick joined Cornerstone’s Atlanta office in September 2015.  Prior to joining Cornerstone, Sally served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the state’s largest business advocacy organization. Through her seven-year tenure at the Chamber, Sally developed an extensive background managing legislative and regulatory issues in the policy areas of water, energy, education, economic development and health care. Sally earned her B.S. in Journalism at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Sally and her husband Trey reside in Atlanta with their daughter Phen.

Louie Perry, a Cornerstone founder, is a Georgia native with extensive experience in health policy , the travel industry, agriculture, forestry issues and appropriations. He manages a diverse portfolio of clients that includes municipalities, corporations, conservation and wildlife organizations, health organizations, and a range of transportation interests.

Jerry Usry leads the firm's operations in the State of Georgia, managing the Atlanta office and providing state government relations and business consulting services to a broad and diverse set of clients. Jerry's expertise draws from decades of work in government relations, political advocacy and legislative strategy implementation. He is a lifelong Georgian and member of the Georgia Professional Lobbyist Association, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Council, Georgia Public Policy Foundation and the Georgia Agribusiness Council.
